Honestly speaking, when we started off, we did not think that we would come this far. We wanted to walk a mile to satisfy our urge for a black currant. At the moment, what started out as a walk in the neighbourhood has already taken us to three different continents, bought accolades from people who have already seen the world many times over and has also given us the satisfaction of creating something that is going to stay for a long time to come.

PhiStream started with its founders working as independent contractors for software companies and BPO organizations. They consulted these companies in every possible aspect of their operations and business- from HR to Accounting, Practices to Training, Transition to Implementation, Procurement to Installation and Troubleshooting to Fixes. Armed with this background and experience, PhiStream was bound to be a success.

Today, the same founders are at the helm of the company. They still do the same things for PhiStream's clients as they used to do before. Only difference being, they have also bought together and trained a team of professionals who are equally good, if not better. The company today comprises of people who are driven by ambition, steered by integrity, powered by youth and guided by experience.
