Communication
We, at PhiStream, believe that effective communication between all stake holders in a project is the key to its success and our development methodology stresses this. The channels we use for communication include the following
- Our development centre is open 24X7 to ensure that employees have access to our facilities at all hours in case the needs of the project dictate working outside the usual business hours.
- Online Meetings and Video Conferencing facilities for remote communication and collaboration.
- Access and usage of IM Tools on client request for closer coordination between client and our project managers.
- Online Project Management Tool for sharing information related to the project. This effectively serves as a shared repository for project relates information, messages, documents and milestones and is more effective at tracking the progress than emails.
- Regular phone calls and emails.
- Onsite visit of our personnel when required.
